At EOC Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- Your item arrives damaged or faulty.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is not as described on our website.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
2. Time Frame
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the return address if applicable.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Screen protectors (once opened)
- Cables or chargers (if packaging is opened or used)
- Any item showing signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
6. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will happily replace it with a new one at no extra cost.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our side (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
