1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time (UK)

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched and we receive your tracking number from the courier, we will send you a tracking email containing your tracking link and number. 

5. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional reshipping fees.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed, missing, or shows no movement for several days, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be added in the future.
